Naomi lives in Olney with her husband and family and is the founder of Olney is Kind. She is deeply passionate about supporting local people and bringing the community together, believing that everyone deserves kindness, compassion and a helping hand when they need it most.

Through her dedication and commitment, Naomi has helped build Olney is Kind into an organisation focused on making a real difference to the lives of people in Olney and the surrounding areas. Her passion for helping others is at the heart of everything she does, inspiring positive change and strengthening the wonderful local community.

Frances lives in Olney and has had a connection with the town for many years.

As an accountant she has experience of working in both the Charity and Private sector and of volunteering in national and local charities. Frances believes OIK adds measurable value to the community.

Matt is an Olney resident, fully committed to the ethos of Olney is Kind.

He has forty years industry and business experience including nineteen years as a CEO in the not-for-profit sector

Vanessa is a dedicated volunteer of Olney is Kind focussing on all things financial. Having lived near Olney for over 10 years, she is passionate about creating positive social change and strengthening the wonderful local community.

She brings with her many years of experience within accountancy and operational support, and she also volunteers as a treasurer for a number of other local and national charities.
